In compliance with the GLBA and the laws of this State, we are providing you with this document, which notifies you of the privacy policies and practices of Humphrey, Covill & Coleman.

Types and Sources of Information We Collect About You

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms such as social security number, license number and date of birth;
  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, such as coverages, limits, premiums, payment and claims information; and,
  • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency such as driving records from the Registry of Motor Vehicles;

We may collect nonpublic personal information from individuals other than those proposed for coverage.

Our Use of the Information We Collect About You

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. We use the information we collect about you, including the nonpublic personal information, for purposes of evaluating and servicing your insurance with us.

We do not sell your information to anyone for marketing purposes.

Information Confidentiality and Security

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
